A festival like Unforgettable doesn't build itself. Behind every concert, every emotion experienced in Constitution Square, is a huge team of passionate, energetic and dedicated people. Among them, the volunteers are essential. If you want to feel the pulse of a world-class festival from behind the scenes, to be in the centre of the action and contribute directly to an unforgettable experience, now is the time!

As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to be part of a huge project that brings together legendary artists and tens of thousands of people from all over the world.

You'll experience what it's like to build a festival step by step with a friendly and motivated team.

 

When and where?

  • Bucharest, Constitution Square
  • Period: 10 - 14 September 2025
 

Depending on your role, your involvement can start the day before and end the day after the festival.

 

Who can apply?

Anyone over 18 and willing to take an active role in the festival. Previous experience is not mandatory, but passion and positive attitude count enormously. It is important that volunteers are from Bucharest or nearby, as we cannot offer accommodation. We do provide water and meals during the programme.

 

What roles are available?

We need committed and energetic volunteers in the following areas:

 

You will be assigned to a team according to your skills and the needs of the festival. Each team will have a dedicated coordinator who will guide you step by step.

Gate Guardians

The Access Department is the audience's first contact with the magic of the Unforgettable Festival. A sincere smile and a friendly greeting can turn a simple entrance into a memorable memory.

What will you do?

  • You can exchange your tickets for personalised wristbands;
  • You will provide participants with useful information and support in times of confusion;
  • You will check the type and validity of tickets, ensuring correct access;
  • You will explain to participants the rules on how to keep the wristband during the festival;
  • You will recognise the colours of the bracelets and their meaning (general, VIP, staff, etc.);

Masters Pass

The Accreditation Department is crucial to the smooth running of the festival, as it is the central point where the behind-the-scenes organisation starts.

What will you do? 

  • You will exchange your credentials for access wristbands for staff, sponsors, partners, artists and technical teams;
  • You will carefully check the validity of their credentials and assign them appropriate access;
  • You will answer questions and guide people who come to you;
  • You'll be on the lookout for possible errors or problems and report them;
  • You'll offer a warm welcome to each person - you're the team's business card.

Flow Commanders

Flow is about fluid movement and order amid the bustle. You're the guide in the shadows, helping the audience get where they need to go with ease.

What will you do?

  • You will direct participants to entrances, areas of interest, stages and information points;
  • You will direct attendees to the seating areas where they have their purchased seats;
  • You answer questions quickly, calmly and clearly;
  • You'll notice congested areas and help relieve congestion;
  • You will work with the other teams to keep participants safe and comfortable;
  • You'll always be looking up and smiling!

Production Squad

If you want to see a festival from scratch, this is your place. You join the production team and help set up, run and tear down the event.

What will you do?

  • You will support technical teams with logistical tasks;
  • You will manoeuvre equipment (light and medium), under coordination;
  • You'll help set up the festival areas;
  • You will help to position the chairs according to the map of the predefined sectors

Logistics Heroes

The logistics team is the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps the whole festival moving. If you like to be always in action and helping out where needed, this is the place for you!

What will you do?

  • Distribution and transport of materials and equipment between departments;
  • Organisation of stocks and storage points;
  • Supporting all teams with the necessary resources (water, consumables, branding etc.);
  • Ensuring order and logistical inventory;
  • Rapid intervention in areas of urgent shortage;
  • Work directly with coordinators to keep logistics flowing smoothly.

First Responders

Whether it's an emergency, a moment of momentary chaos or a shortage of people in a department, the Emergency team springs into action. 

What does an Emergency volunteer do? 

  • He knows everything: the perimeter of the festival, the work of all departments and the positioning of each team - so he can quickly help wherever he's needed; 
  • It makes up for gaps in other departments when unexpected situations arise (don't panic - it's about adaptability, not teleporting 😄); 
  • It is always informed about the festival rules, programme and activities, so that it can offer support and guidance to the public or colleagues; 
  • It is the first to observe and report an emergency situation to the Coordinators or authorised team. 

Guest Genius

The Backstage team is responsible for flawless backstage organisation. You're the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly backstage, your role is essential to make the show unforgettable - for the audience and for the artists.

What will you do?

  • You will help organise backstage logistics (furniture, equipment, water etc.);
  • You will assist the technical teams before and during the festival;
  • You will respect the artists' programme and offer them support;


And very importantly...

  • You don't take pictures of the artists, you don't post on social media and you keep your information private;
  • You'll protect the privacy and comfort of everyone behind the scenes.

Show Squad

You are the link between the technical team on stage and the technical direction. Together with the show coordinators, you make sure every artistic moment starts and finishes on time.

What will you do?

  • You'll help manage activities in the director area;
  • You will be attentive to detail and punctual in delivering information;

Photo Squad

Tell the festival story in pictures. Out of the crowd of emotions, you choose the shots that will be remembered.

What will you do?

  • You will respect the brief and visual style of the festival;
  • You'll deliver your photos in no time for social media;
  • You will work with care, professionalism and creativity;.
  • Work with PR and content teams;
  • Use your own equipment (DSLR/mirrorless mandatory).

Video Squad

Capture the energy in motion! From behind the camera, you'll tell the Unforgettable Festival story in spectacular seconds.

What will you do?

  • You'll film dynamic shots of the audience area and shows;
  • You'll follow briefs and guidelines for editing (if needed);
  • You will work with the content and social media team;
  • You will have your own video equipment (high-performance phone or dedicated camera).
