Festival dates have changed. Is my ticket/subscription still valid?

Yes, all tickets and season tickets already purchased remain valid.

Unforgettable Festival 2025 has been rescheduled for 11-13 September, instead of 12-14 September, to enhance the festival-goers' experience and accommodate new surprises.

The Nights of Legends, with Andrea Bocelli, José Carreras, Gheorghe Zamfir and Katherine Jenkins, remain unchanged in terms of the experience, taking place on 12 and 13 September (Friday and Saturday).
The Echoes of Tomorrow evening, originally scheduled for Sunday 14 September, has been moved to Thursday 11 September and will open the festival with a fresh vibe and contemporary artists.

If you've bought a season ticket for 12-13 September (Nights of Legends), you don't need to do anything - your season ticket is still valid for exactly what you bought.

Where can I buy Unforgettable Festival 2025 passes?

Subscriptions are available exclusively on www.iabilet.ro and in the partner network iabilet. We encourage you to get them early - seats are limited and, if you're already used to it, you know that at the Unforgettable Festival tickets go fast!

Can I buy passes or tickets directly at the entrance?

If they are still available, yes! But don't leave it to the last minute. The Unforgettable Festival is a sell-out event in the making, so it's safest to book your place online in advance.

Will single-day tickets be available?

Yes! Daily tickets are now available and start from 199 RON. Choose your favourite night - Thursday, Friday or Saturday - and live a unique musical experience in Constitution Square. Tickets can be purchased on iabilet.ro and unforgettablefestival.com, subject to availability. Hurry, some categories are almost sold out!

What types of subscriptions are available now?

3-Day Passes are now available, giving you full access to all three nights of the festival from 11-13 September. It's the best option if you want to enjoy the full Unforgettable Festival experience at the best price, with all the artists, unique moments and surprises prepared each night.

Can I come and go as many times as I want on the same day?

Each participant is entitled to two entries per day. We endeavour to maintain a smooth flow at access so you can enjoy the festival without the crowds.

Can minors take part in the festival?

Children under 6 are free of charge, provided they sit in the arms of their parents for seated areas.
Children over 6 years need an individual ticket.
Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Minors over 16 can come on their own, but must show a signed parental authorisation and valid ID.

How and when do I get my festival wristband?

The wristbands are picked up directly from the check-in of the festival. Quick and easy!

What documents are needed to pick up the bracelet?

Ticket (printed or on your mobile phone) with QR code.
A valid identity document (ID card or passport).

Can I pay by cash or card at the festival?

At the Unforgettable Festival, all payments are made exclusive with Paypoint card, which you can load with either cash or bank card. Simpler, faster, safer!

What happens to the money left on the festival card?

No worries! You can recover your unspent money directly from the top-up points, up to Sunday 14 September.

What are the festival access points?

Full details about the access points will be communicated on the official website and social media a few days before the festival. Stay tuned!

What objects are allowed and prohibited at the festival?

Allowed:

Essential medical supplies or devices.
Child buggies.
Flags without rigid sticks.
Essential medicines (with prescription).

Prohibited:

Alcohol or outside food.
Glass bottles, professional DSLRs (only mirrorless cameras allowed), sprays, pets.

Can I bring food or drink?

No food or drink allowed, but don't worry! We have food & drinks areas with options to suit all tastes.

Do little ones have to wear ear muffs?

Under 3 years: ear muffs are compulsory.
Over 3 years: We recommend wearing them, especially in areas close to the stage.

Are there size restrictions for luggage?

Yes - only luggage of maximum 29 cm x 21 cm x 12 cm. Come light and enjoy the festival!

Can I bring e-cigarettes or normal cigarettes?

Yes, but please only smoke in designated areas.

Are there facilities for people with disabilities?

Absolutely! We have special facilities, access platforms and dedicated areas. More details will be published on our website and social media, so follow us.

When does Andrea Bocelli sing?

Andrea Bocelli will perform on Friday, 12 September, during the Unforgettable Festival 2025, in a magical evening with Gheorghe Zamfir and special guests. It will be a celebration of classical music, pure emotion and premiere duets - an unmissable experience in Constitution Square.

When does Nikos Vertis play?

Nikos Vertis will perform on Thursday, 11 September, opening the Unforgettable Festival 2025, for the first time in Bucharest's Constitution Square. On the same evening there will be a unique moment with Andra, a premiere duet that promises to be truly... Unforgettable.

When does José Carreras play?

José Carreras will perform on Saturday, 13 September to close the Unforgettable Festival 2025 in Bucharest's Constitution Square. He will be joined on the same stage by:

Katherine Jenkins, the Welsh mezzo-soprano recognised for the elegance and strength of her performances
David Giménez, the Spanish conductor who will lead the evening with finesse and emotion
