Born in Tehran and raised in Sweden, Alex Arash Labaf is an artist who has kept in touch with his Persian roots while conquering the international scene. Arash made his recording debut in 2005, and since then has released hits that have topped charts around the world: Broken Angel, Boro Boro, Temptation, One Day and many others. It has amassed millions of views and streams, becoming a true symbol of the fusion between traditional music and modern sounds.
Arash is also a songwriter and producer. His participation in Eurovision 2009, where he represented Azerbaijan alongside Aysel with the song Alwayswas a landmark moment. With that memorable duet, Arash won the hearts of millions of fans and came 3rd in the grand final in Moscow.
